I can’t log in – the account is not active
If the app says „Your account is not active, please contact support or your account administrator” when you log in, there are 3 common reasons for this:
- The user enters a different email address than the one listed in the user tab (Users / Management, in the user detail, the first tab Basic and Work data).
- In the user’s tab (Users / Management, in the user detail, the first tab Work data) the option „User is active” is not checked. This option must be ticked.
- In the user’s tab (Users / Management, in the user detail, the first tab Basic and Work data)
the field „Date of leaving the company.
If none of these options resolve the login issue, contact support.
